Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ki777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ki777 platform available at ki777.pro, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotions, and support services offered therein.

By registering an account on ki777, accessing any game or betting market, or making any deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ki777 platform.

Section 2

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ki777 platform is restricted. To register an account and use ki777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ki777 operates a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage, including during registration, at the point of withdrawal, or at any other time.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any third party, corporation, or organisation when placing bets or operating your ki777 account.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have requested exclusion from ki777 under the Responsible Gaming tools. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use ki777.
• You must use ki777 solely for your own personal entertainment. Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To use ki777, you must register one account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active ki777 account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki777 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ki777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
• ki777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a national identity document, mobile number confirmation, or other documentation as determined by ki777.
• If you suspect that your ki777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ki777 support immediately by contacting us through the support channel available on ki777.pro. ki777 will investigate and take appropriate steps to secure your account.
• ki777 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we have reason to believe these Terms have been breached, if we detect fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

ki777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ki777 account or any account balance to any other person. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a breach of these Terms and the account will be closed.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ki777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the payment methods approved by ki777 and available to players at the time of the transaction. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. ki777 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit for standard transactions, though individual payment provider limits (e.g. bKash daily transaction caps) may apply.
• Deposits are credited to your ki777 wallet balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes of completion, you must contact ki777 support with the transaction reference number.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 10 minutes from the time of submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same mobile wallet or payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. This is a security measure to prevent misdirected funds and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• ki777 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by the payment provider (e.g. mobile operator transaction fees) are outside ki777's control and are the player's responsibility.

ki777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where identity verification has not been completed, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied, or where required to do so by applicable law.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

ki777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. Standard ki777 wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• ki777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed a bonus, the player will be entitled to complete the wagering requirement on any funds already credited.
• Only one bonus may be active on a ki777 account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously where not permitted is a breach of these Terms.
• ki777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, using automated play, or engaging in any form of collusion.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements and game restrictions stated in the specific promotion terms. Free spins may be restricted to specific slot titles or game providers as specified by ki777.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ki777 are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in which they are placed, as well as the general rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the relevant game or market.

• ki777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that has been suspended or closed, placed using funds obtained fraudulently, or placed in breach of any applicable game rule. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or interruption during a game or betting session, ki777 will investigate and apply the outcome that most fairly reflects the state of the game at the time of the interruption. ki777's decision in all such disputes is final.
• ki777 operates games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules of individual games are governed by the provider's official game rules and the RNG or live dealer procedures certified by the provider. ki777 does not modify the underlying game logic.
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or betting markets. Where a maximum win limit applies, any amount exceeding that limit will not be paid out and will be removed from the player's balance. Maximum win limits for individual games are displayed within the game's information panel.
• Cricket betting markets on ki777 are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. the ICC, BCB, or BCCI). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ki777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ki777.pro without the express prior written consent of ki777.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ki777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ki777 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if ki777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ki777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ki777 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ki777 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ki777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

ki777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ki777 will take reasonable steps to notify players of the changes, which may include a notice displayed on ki777.pro, a notification within the player's account, or both. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on ki777.pro. Your continued use of the ki777 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using ki777 and may request withdrawal of any remaining account balance.
